Troubleshooting

Cannot connect Bitbucket

  • Confirm you are signing in with the correct Bitbucket account.
  • Make sure pop-ups are not blocked for the Jira or Bitbucket consent flow.
  • If the OAuth prompt does not appear, reload the app and try again.
  • After approving, wait a few seconds for the token to be stored before opening the dashboard.

No pipelines displayed

  • Verify the workspace slug is correct.
  • Check that Pipelines is enabled in at least one repository.
  • Confirm the connected Bitbucket account can view the repositories.
  • Adjust filters to make sure they are not hiding results.

Permission errors

  • Re-open the OAuth consent screen and approve every requested scope.
  • Ensure your Bitbucket account has access to the workspace and repositories.
  • If your account has access but the app still fails, your organization may restrict third-party apps. Contact your workspace admin.

Installation problems

  • Confirm Pipeyard is installed on the correct Jira site.
  • Check the Atlassian Marketplace order status if your trial has not started.
  • If the app does not appear in Jira, clear your browser cache and reload the Manage apps page.

Marketplace licensing questions

  • Billing and licensing are handled by the Atlassian Marketplace.
  • You can view your subscription from Settings > Manage apps > Pipeyard.
  • For refunds or billing issues, contact Atlassian Marketplace support.
