Pipeyard Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Pipeyard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service

Pipeyard is a read-only integration that aggregates Bitbucket Pipelines data and displays it inside Jira. It does not modify repositories, pipelines, or configurations.

3. Pricing and Billing

Pipeyard starts at $18/month for teams of up to 10 users. Per-user pricing applies beyond 10 users; see the Jira Marketplace listing for the full tiered price list. Billing and subscription management are handled entirely through the Atlassian Marketplace. We do not collect or store payment information.

4. Data

Pipeyard stores minimal configuration and preference data in Atlassian Forge. It does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Availability

Pipeyard is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, continuous availability, or real-time data accuracy.

6. Dependency on Atlassian

Pipeyard relies on Atlassian services including Jira, Bitbucket, and Forge. Availability may be affected by outages or limitations of those services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeyard and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Pipeyard constitutes acceptance of any updates.
