Pipeyard Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Pipeyard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service
Pipeyard is a read-only integration that aggregates Bitbucket Pipelines data and displays it within Jira. It does not modify repositories, pipelines, or configurations.
3. Pricing and billing
Pipeyard is offered as a subscription at $10/month. Billing and subscription management are handled entirely through Atlassian Marketplace. We do not collect or store payment information.
4. Data
Pipeyard stores minimal configuration and preference data within Atlassian Forge. It does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Availability
Pipeyard is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uptime. But, we do our best to keep it running smoothly.
6. Dependency on Atlassian
Pipeyard depends on Atlassian services including Forge, Jira, and Bitbucket. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeyard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pipeyard after updates means you accept the revised terms.
