Pipeyard brings Bitbucket Pipeline visibility into Jira. It provides a consolidated dashboard for repositories, pipeline statuses, and self-hosted runners so teams can keep delivery progress visible without switching tools.

Getting Started
- Install the app from Jira Marketplace.
- Connect Pipeyard to your Bitbucket account.
- Enter the Bitbucket workspace slug for the workspace you want to monitor.
- Review the pipeline and runner dashboards after setup completes.
Configuration
Workspace setup tells Pipeyard which Bitbucket workspace to query. Use the exact workspace slug from Bitbucket, not the display name.
Refresh interval settings control how often dashboard data is refreshed. Shorter intervals show updates sooner, while longer intervals reduce API traffic.
OAuth permissions are used only to connect Jira to Bitbucket and read the pipeline, repository, and runner data needed for the dashboard.
Known Limitations
- Pipeyard only supports Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Runner monitoring is for self-hosted runners only.
- A Bitbucket workspace with Pipelines enabled is required.
Support / Troubleshooting
If repositories do not appear, confirm the workspace slug is correct, the Bitbucket workspace has Pipelines enabled, and your Bitbucket account has access to the repositories.
If OAuth fails, disconnect and reconnect the Bitbucket account, then try again and make sure the requested permissions are approved.
If the workspace slug is incorrect, update it with the exact slug shown in Bitbucket rather than the workspace display name.
